Cotswold Lane

What moves in this card

• The robin on the gatepost glances left and right, cocks its head and fluffs its feathers.
• The cat on the windowsill looks round from time to time and swishes its tail.
• Three street lamps glow along the lane, and firelight flickers in the cottage windows.
• Smoke curls from four chimneys and leans with the wind.
• Snow falls in three depths, with the odd gust that lifts loose snow along the lane.
• Snow slips from the roofs and lands in soft little heaps, frost glints, and now and then a few birds fly over.
